Prairie Falcon

This isn't the most correct photo.   Or so my hubby says.   But how often to you get a shot with prey!!!   Sorry if this is a little gross.   I'm pretty sure this is a Prairie Falcon but if I'm wrong and my friend is right then it is a Peregrine Falcon.    If anyone can help us distinguish which is which and why.   Let us know.

More Horse Jokes

One day a man passed by a farm and saw a beautiful horse. Hoping to buy the animal, he said to the farmer: "I think your horse looks pretty good, so I'll give you $500 for him."
"He doesn't look so good, and he's not for sale," the farmer said.
The man insisted, "I think he looks just fine and I'll up the price to $1,000."
"He doesn't look so good," the farmer said, "but if you want him that much, he's yours."
The next day the man came back raging mad. He went up to the farmer and screamed, "You sold me a blind horse. You cheated me!"
The farmer calmly replied, "I told you he didn't look so good, didn't I?"

Horse Joke on a Tuesday

Did you hear about the Irishman who couldn't tell the difference between his two horses? His friend suggested measuring them, that didn't help though, the Irishman discovered that the brown horse was only an inch taller than the white one!

Goat Hunting

Bluff a Bull

I can't bluff in cards and I know I probably can't  bluff a bull into being calm so I can climb in the pen with him.   So I will happily stay near the fence.

Granted there as a very sturdy manager and fresh hay put between him and me.   But.....   He let me get within 24 inches and even sniffed my hand when I put it out to him.   Though clearly breakfast was more on his agenda.
