Week 17 - 52 Weeks of Cocktails - Christmas Eve Delight
I could image this drink coming in from tobogganing on Christmas Eve in front of a fire. I think I would switch the Amaretto for Frangelico and keep the Bailey's and Kahlua. It was sweet though with the Amaretto. Mom and I enjoyed this drink. Dad had one too but he was over getting his photo taken.

sky, studying each wave, different from the last, seeing how it caught
the light, the air, the wind; watching patterns, the sweep of it all,
and letting it take me. Gary Paulson

Week 15 - 52 Weeks of Cocktails - Jolly Ginger
My husband wanted to make the cocktail this Thursday. He picked a Jolly Ginger. Vodka, limes and ginger beer. I don't like ginger beer. It is suppose to be similar to ginger ale. I am sorry but this Canadian girl of over 40 is set in her ways and Canada Dry cannot be replaced.
