Day 92 - Lasagne

My lasagne isn't flash.   But my family loves it.

Lasagne
I make a meat sauce
Layer meat sauce on the bottom of a pan.
Layer noodles on top.  (somtimes I use cook ones sometimes the no cook)
Then another meat sauce layer
Layer of cottage cheese and an egg mixture (half of it)
sprinkle some cheese on top
another layer of noodles
meat sauce
cottage cheese mixture
cheese
noodles
meat sauce
and top with a layer of cheese

Cook in over for 40 minutes then let rest .  Enjoy
