Day 124 - Mussels

When we were in Canberra we visited a great market.  Fresh fish so we picked up some mussels.  I have always been very scared to cook with mussels but man they are so easy.
I did a Thai green sauce to steam them in.
-onions
-garlic
-green curry paste
-fish sauce
-brown sugar
-coconut milk
Add the mussels steam for 3 to 4 minutes
Then top with chopped coriander and fresh chili
Beautiful!!!
