Day 215 - Turkey Meat Loaf

1 1/4 lbs of ground turkey
1/2 red pepper
1/2 onion diced
1/2 cup chopped spinach
1 egg
1/2 cup oats

Now I really should have followed my gut and added some spice, black pepper, oregano maybe some Worcestershire sauce.  It was very bland without it.
